Bright Health insurance created a new model of integrative, cooperative care that puts the patient in the center, not the middle. They launched in several new markets during the 2017 enrollment period with a mix of TV, radio, and direct mail. Kudos to the client for making some really fun direct mail collateral, including the scratch and sniff postcards.
